  We were very pleased with Benchmark Exteriors after a storm damaged our roof, siding, gutters and more in March of 2025. We had several local companies come look at our damage but none of them were willing to work with our insurance company until we found Benchmark Exteriors. Gustavo was wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable and helpful. He worked with our agent to get another adjuster to come out and look at all the damage that the first adjuster missed.This took a lot of time and effort but Gustavo was willing to do the work. As the work was being done, Gustavo regularly checked on the progress and made sure everything was cleared up properly afterwards. We highly recommend Gustavo and Benchmark Exteriors.

  Replaced a section of old roof. Nate was great to work with and the crews are fast and attentive to details in cleaning up. This is the second roofing project with Benchmark and we are confident about its quality.

  We were pleased with repairs Benchmark coordinated after storm damage in March 2025. Gustavo was knowledgeable and worked well with our insurance company to get us maximum benefits. The crews for roofing, siding and gutters were hardworking, did quality work and cleaned up afterwards. If necessary we’d use Benchmark again.

  severe hail storm damage to our home, not the first time, but this time the experience was a world apart from past experiences. This company and specifically credit to Nate Loppnow rep as project manager and their crews did a fantastic job. Knowledgeable, courteous, timely, precision work with care and understanding to the smallest details. Their professionalism helping us deal with inexperienced insurance claim adjustor made a significant difference helping us navigate the process including getting items covered we never thought of to claim. Nate actually was more familiar with insurance and our policy coverage than the adjustor was and helped us navigate thru what was rightfully ours to work thru getting everything taken care of.

  Our home was damaged by a tornado on 3/2025. We were almost buried in flyers for construction companies and almost hounded by people knocking on our door. We went with Benchmark because they were very low key and not pushy, as well as very friendly. The repair work they did on our home was exceptional. We did have to wait a couple of months for siding, roof tiles, and gutters to arrive, because every house in this area needed repairs. They stayed in constant touch, and final payment wasn’t asked for until everything was done. I felt like they took personal pride in repairing our house, and we highly recommend.
