I have only lived here for a few months, but every interaction I have had so far has been positive. Miranda goes above and beyond to help when needed. Kama has also been super sweet when I asked a million questions prior to move in. I love my little space and I am so grateful to live in a safe area for a reasonable price.

I’ve been living here for a while now, and I’ve got to say this place has been great. The first thing I noticed (and still appreciate every day) is how much natural light comes into the apartment. It makes the whole place feel open and comfortable, which is something I really value. The community here is solid. People are friendly, it’s quiet, and everything feels really well taken care of. You get a real sense that people take pride in living here. I want to give a big shoutout to Kama and Miranda in the office they’re awesome. Super helpful, always professional, and just genuinely good people. Any time I’ve had a question or needed anything, they’ve handled it quickly and with a great attitude. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues early on, and the maintenance team was on it fast. They got everything fixed quickly and did a great job no hassle at all. Also, the dog park is a huge plus. It’s clean, big enough for the dogs to really run around, and it’s a cool spot to meet other dog owners. And the pool is amazing. One of the nicest I’ve seen at an apartment complex. It’s become one of my favorite places to hang out when the weather’s nice. Overall, this place checks all the boxes. Great apartment, great people running it, and a great community to be part of. Highly recommend.
